initiator and owner of F&B, Paul Brugmans, got his experience working in five star hotels and restaurants in Amsterdam. Such as the Marriot Hotel, Barbizon Palace and restaurant Vermeer. Allways looking for challenge he started Falafel fun in november 1994 in the hart of Utrecht. His new and succesfull formula brings a new sandwich on the market in Utrecht. Selfevident the achievement and quality equals his former employees. In august 1997 Falafel Fun introduces the first Bagel in Utrecht. In june he opens a second shop in Utrecht and the name changes into "Original Falafel & Bagel Shops" So if you are in Holland, come and visit our shops ! You´re welcome |
