F&B makes Bagels and Falafels according to a traditional Israeli recipe.
Falafel is being made of spanish peas, onoins, parsley and fine herbs. After a special boiling proces and adding our special and secret recipe, the falafel mixture is being fried in the form of a small ball. That delivers a delicious vegetarian and nutricious product. Next we grill a Pita sandwitch. In this sandwitch we put the warm Falafel together with some fresh salade and the rest you can add yourself according to your own taste.
In all our shops you will find a rich filled salade bar with fresh products ready to serve you. The finishing touch is to add one of our special sauces.
